I'm becoming convinced that there are more than one versions of Windows 10 out there. I've seen this happen to other people which is when I was beginning to suspect this. In reply to DianeHart63's post on May 29, I suspect the real problem is the upgrade settings. Migrating all the settings is a very complex job, and when quirky things like this show up, it is most likely some setting is different. But finding and fixing those settings can be really hard.
